All classes are tailored to every level—beginner to advanced.

2. How big are your class sizes?
Group classes are capped at 5 people maximum, ensuring personalized attention in a small-group setting.

3. Do you offer one-on-one sessions?
Yes! We offer private, one-on-one sessions lasting 60 minutes, priced at $100 per session.

4. What can I expect in my first class?
Your first visit includes a personal assessment—learning your goals, posture, and experience level. We’ll introduce you to equipment and guide you through foundational Pilates or LPF exercises so you feel confident and prepared.

7. Who are the instructors?
The studio is led by Tatiana Bresciani, a physical therapist since 1997 with over two decades of Pilates experience (including LPF certification in 2019). The boutique studio launched in 2023. Tatiana leads private and group sessions, guiding customized reformer and mat workouts.
We also have a group of skilled, certified professionals dedicated to delivering high‑quality Pilates and LPF classes. All instructors bring expertise, caring attention, and personalized support in every session. Learno more about our instructors here.

8. Do you welcome beginners?
Absolutely! All our classes are designed for all skill levels, and beginners and experienced clients often train together in group or private sessions.
